Nix and Tom leading us through taking Communion together with elements from our meal – pizza crust and pink lemonade!
Rockstar sharing The Father’s Heart, a vision casting tool that we begin a Making Him L.O.R.D. class with.
The whole team sharing their 15 (ish) second stories. One of the first steps in being disciple is learning a quick way to share your story in order to find out if someone is interested in further spiritual conversation. A 15 second foundation is a great place to start yet be able to expand on if more time is available.
Turtle is modeling what it might look like to share the 3 circles with Big. The 3 circles is a simple tool to share the Gospel message of Jesus, discover where someone is spiritually, and where they want to be. In class, we create scenarios often for practice to help build confidence and competence.
Tim modeling Identity with Jeremy, which is what to teach someone right when they choose to follow Jesus. Knowing our Identity in Christ is such an important foundation in the life of a disciple of Jesus. This is a simple way to not just communicate it but also begin helping the new disciple live in their identity.
Big is always up for a high five and each week is a challenge to see how solid we can make it! Shout out to Tom for video and reactions.
It’s such a gift to be able to celebrate what God is doing inside with pizza and cookies! These guys are hammin up their enjoyment of some Do-mmm-ino’s!
